Meet the Founder
Justin Outslay is a dedicated entrepreneur with a robust background in finance and healthcare and a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Justin comes from a family of small business owners and a doctor who instilled in him the values of hard work, perseverance, and purpose from an early age. Justin’s journey began with a successful academic and athletic career as a Division One football player, where he earned Academic All-American honors, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to scholarly excellence and teamwork. After earning a degree in business, he started his career as an investment consultant, where he led the creation of a private credit research team that advised on over $4.5 billion in commitments.
Seeking to return to his passion for entrepreneurship, Justin pursued an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating with honors and focusing on entrepreneurship. During this time, he gained invaluable experience working with several healthcare companies, including a healthcare startup that integrated AI into emergency room operations, a revenue cycle management firm, and a telehealth company specializing in holistic pain management alternatives. These experiences not only deepened his understanding of the complex healthcare industry but also solidified his desire to partner with physicians to build an outstanding healthcare business.
Today, Justin is the founder of Cinnamon Hill Partners, where he is fully committed to acquiring and growing a single exceptional healthcare business. Justin’s mission is to partner with physicians to deliver exceptional clinical care while he focuses on mastering the administrative and business side of healthcare. His unwavering dedication to this pursuit makes him a trusted partner for physicians looking to ensure their business’s legacy and continued success.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful wife, María, in the vibrant city of Chicago. He is passionate about learning Spanish, traveling to the seven continents, and reliving his glory days while watching football.
