We Follow A Simple Process
Week 1: Intro Call
Our process starts with an introductory call. During this call, we'll get to know each other, discuss your business, and talk about your goals. We are always eager to meet and learn from successful entrepreneurs, and any information you share will be kept confidential.

Week 2: Meet In-Person
After our intro call, we'll set up a face-to-face meeting to delve deeper into your business. This will help us establish a strong relationship, better understand your operations, and discuss how we can best assist with your transition.
At this point, we'll ask for basic financial information about your business to help us provide a rough estimate of its value.
Week 3: Letter of Intent
If we choose to move forward, we will send you a Letter of Intent (LOI) outlining the proposed terms of the acquisition. The LOI serves as a roadmap for the deal, ensuring both parties agree before proceeding. We may ask for more information about the company as part of this process.
We aim to reach a price and structure that is favorable for you.
Week 4-15: Due Diligence
During the due diligence phase, we will carefully review your business to confirm all details and ensure a smooth transition. We will also begin the legal documentation process, which will require close collaboration to gather necessary information and address any concerns.
You can expect transparency and authenticity from us throughout the process.
Week 16: Close & Celebrate!
Upon successful due diligence, we will finalize the agreement and transfer your funds via wire. We will establish a post-close plan to ensure a smooth transition for the company.
